Nearist’s Vector Search Accelerator cards are the muscle behind our fast similarity search. Unlike a GPU, no special hardware programming or optimization is required to leverage its performance. VSX cards are housed in servers in our datacenter, and are accessed using our simple web API for loading and querying your dataset.

Massive Parallelism

  • Each VSX card performs up to 800 billion feature comparisons per second
  • A single appliance holds up to 10 VSX cards, all tearing through your dataset in parallel at up to 8 trillion feature comparisons per second!
